When you need this

Send a status enquiry when several months have passed since submitting your application and you have received no update from the office. This is an official communication channel — the office is obliged to respond and inform you of the stage of your proceedings.

What you need

  • Your full name and address (applicant)
  • Case number (if known) or date of application submission
  • Type of case (e.g. temporary residence, residence card)
  • Name of the voivodeship office handling your case
