In what languages can I answer?
The wizard is available in Polish, English, Ukrainian and Russian. The letter will be prepared in official Polish regardless of the language in which you provide your answers.
What is e-Doręczenia and how do I use it?
e-Doręczenia is the official Polish government electronic correspondence system, available at edoreczenia.gov.pl. Listownia prepares everything you need — the addressee ADE, subject line and cover message body — ready to paste into your e-Doręczenia inbox. Simply log in, create a new message, paste the data from the package and attach the downloaded PDF letter.
How long does Listownia keep my letter?
Files are available for download for 60 days after generation. You can also delete them at any time — the deletion link is in the order confirmation email.
