How it works

Three steps from your answers to a ready letter in e-Doręczenia.

Answer the questions

The wizard asks questions step by step — you answer in your language (Polish, Ukrainian, English or Russian).

Listownia will ask for:

  • the type of case (temporary residence, permanent residence, residence card, etc.)
  • the addressee office — the system automatically finds the correct e-Doręczenia address (ADE)
  • your details (name and address)
  • a brief description of your situation — in a few sentences, in any language

Receive your PDF letter

After payment, the system generates a complete document package:

The package includes:

  • Letter in PDF format — ready to send via e-Doręczenia or to print
  • Sending guide — step-by-step instructions for sending the letter
  • The addressee e-Doręczenia address (ADE) — ready to paste
  • Email subject line — ready to paste
  • Cover message body — ready to paste
  • List of attachments — if applicable to your letter

Send to the office

The fastest way is e-Doręczenia — the official electronic correspondence system for Polish government offices. All the data you need is in the downloaded package.

  1. Log in to your e-Doręczenia inbox at edoreczenia.gov.pl
  2. Create a new message
  3. Paste the addressee ADE (from the package) into the recipient field
  4. Paste the subject line and cover message body (from the package)
  5. Attach the PDF letter file
  6. Send the message and keep the delivery confirmation

No e-Doręczenia inbox?

You can also print the letter, sign it by hand and send by registered post with acknowledgment of receipt, or submit it in person at the office reception desk — keep a copy with a submission stamp.

After sending, keep the delivery confirmation (UPD — official proof of delivery). You may need it as evidence that the letter was sent and when.

Ready? It takes about 5 minutes.
